Up Coming Events - 2008
The Simi Valley Corvette Club is off to an active new year! Last year
there were over 50 events that a member could have chosen to attend.
Everything from car shows and brunch runs to a murder mystery. We are
138 strong and we all enjoy our corvettes.

Saturday May 17th Tour of the Nethercutt Museum and Dinner
at Lulu’s . Chm. Silvermans- Enjoy a two hour guided tour of the
old cars and the many music related items- Juke boxes and organs.. The
tour will last approx. 2 hours. You will meet the Silvermans at 12:30pm
at the McDonalds located on the East side of Balboa, North of Rinaldi.
After the museum the group will head over to Lulu’s for dinner.Sunday
May 25th BBQ 5pm at the Friedman’s house. Potluck dinner. A pool
is available. Please sign up and let Steve & Lois know what food
item you will be bringing.
Sunday June 8th The Greens and Lunch. Chrm- Silvermans- Play
a little golf and enjoy a great lunch.
Flagstaff Run June 5-7. Chrm. Steve F. Steve is organizing this run
to Arizona.
July 4th Potluck BBQ- 4pm This event will be held at one of the members
house.
Big Bear Bash July 11-13 – Anyone interested in attending this
somewhat local event? No long drives, great scenery. Fun weekend get-a-way.
Saturday, July 12th 7 pm- Ice Cream Social at the Pitman’s
house. Bring toppings to share.
Sunday August 17th. Club Picnic At a local park in Simi Valley.
Potluck.
Friday Sept 19-21- Jersey Boys Run. Chrm Pitmans. The groups
will stay at Buffalo Bill’s in Primm, Nev. and go in Saturday night
to Las Vegas for the 7pm show. Return home on Sunday. Perhaps play some
golf on Saturday or……
Saturday Oct 11- Show ‘N Shine at William l. Morris. Come
help us raise money for our two charities- Battered Women’s Group
and Animal Rescue Volunteers
